To tryout for any sport this year you need the following 3 forms completed to stay after school. All practices are after school until 5:00 pm.
One per year- PHYSICAL Form
One per year- MEDICAL RELEASE Form
One per sport- PARENT RIGHTS Form

Match 2- Lemuel Teal at VPAA, April 30 @5:30 pm
Match 3- LAMS at VPAA, May 2 @6 pm
