Before and After School Program (GWP)

Growing with Pride

The Growing with Pride program is a service provided by Veterans Park Academy for the Arts for students in Kindergarten to Eighth grade.

We provide a safe and caring environment for your child to interact and participate in enrichment activities.

Before School Hours and Fees

Before school hours are 6:30 am - 7:10 am.
Before-school care costs $20 per child, per week. enrollment is not guaranteed until receipt of registration fee.
No child is to be on campus before 6:30am for Growing With Pride.
Breakfast is provided for all students after 7:10am
An after school meal is provided to all GWP students
All students who arrive at VPAA between 6:30 and 7:10 MUST be dropped off on the elementary side of campus.

After School Hours and fees

Our hours after school are 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm. After-school care costs $50 per child, per week.
There is NO afternoon GWP on the district’s early dismissal days.
An after school meal is provided for students
Pick-up is on the elementary side of campus, and you must sign your child out electronically or by coming into the office to sign them out on paper.
Registration fee is $25 per child/ $40 per family each school year. Registration secures your child(ren)’s spot; enrollment is not guaranteed until receipt of registration fee.
